b e l i k e w a t e r : Contact Jam for Female-Identified Individuals

Let’s dive into the spacious depths of our bodies via the breath and simple movements and emerge fluid, buoyant and soft—so we can fully let go into the dance. We will begin this jam with a simple embodiment exercise guided by Ela Bosco. Then we will explore pouring our liquid bodies (giving and receiving weight) in partnership, leading us into a jam. This jam is open to all female-identified individuals. Beginners welcome!

Cost: $10 cash or Venmo at the door
