Meditation + Movement + Sauna
S L O W WAVE features a collective Meditation to start us off together in noble silence, from there we will move into a slow Movement dance set that gradually leads us to an integrating circle and quiet Sauna. These Sunday morning sets aim to help us S L O W down, connect, and restore—both within ourselves and with our communities.
**Please bring a water bottle, and two towels for the sauna (one for sitting, one to dry off), sauna space is clothing optional so please bring a swimsuit if desired.

Join us for a 90-minute immersive improv workshop designed to spark creativity and build meaningful connections. Through a series of playful exercises blending movement, sound, and improvisation, we’ll explore themes of letting go, renewal, and emotional expression in a supportive, judgment-free space.
What to Expect
- Playful Sound and Movement: Begin with fun games that help you tap into your body and voice.
- Emotional Expression: Use improv to express and share your stories in real time.
- Group and Partner Exercises: Deepen connections and build group energy through shared experiences.
- Witnessing and Vulnerability: Embrace the power of being seen and hearing others’ experiences and stories in a safe, welcoming environment.
No previous improv experience is required—whether you’re new to this or have some experience, the workshop is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. It’s a chance to relax, take risks, and explore your creative self.
